Barre
A low-impact, full-body workout inspired by ballet and Pilates. Barre focuses on small, controlled movements and isometric holds to build full-body strength, improve posture, and increase flexibility.
Yoga Sculpt
A combination of yoga, strength training, and cardio bursts. Focuses on building strength, improving endurance, and boosting metabolism, while still improving flexibility through a flow of poses.


Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga focuses on slow, passive stretches that gently target the body’s deeper layers. Expect long, supported holds that encourage relaxation, stillness, and breathwork. This class is designed to help release tension in the body.
Pilates
A low-impact, full-body workout system focusing on core strength, flexibility, and posture through controlled movements, mindful breathing, and precision.


Hot HIIT Pilates Express
This fast-paced class blends Pilates-inspired movements with high-intensity interval training. You’ll move through full-body exercises set to energizing music, building core strength and boosting your heart rate. Hot HIIT Pilates takes place in the infrared heated studio.
